Air Conditioning Installation

Project No: 1- Abu Dhabi Municipality - 3rd Floor
( Through Highgate Interior Designing Company)

1. Supply and Installation of Fan coil Units - 04 Nos ( high noise)
2. Supply and Installation of Chilled water pipe line connection
3. Supply and installation of Thermostate.and its electrical wiring for the control

Problem Faced:

• high noise
• Drain water leakage.
• thermorstate proper setting
• No Chemical Flushing did.
• Because ceiling was 60 x 60 non perforated (like net holes ) so one reason of sound.
• diffuser used were 40 x 40 and length of ducting was less also so noise might be this reason
• sound proof liner should be used for make noise free.

Project No: 2- Abu Dhabi Municipality - Ground Floor (Data Environment Centre)
( Through Bears & Sanblas Interior Designing Company - Dubai)

1. Supply and Installation of Fan coil Units - 05 Nos ( high noise)
2. Supply and Installation of Chilled water pipe line connection
3. Supply and installation of Thermostate.and its electrical wiring for the control

Problem Faced:

• No Chemical Flushing did.
• high noise , High Blower sound is comming (because - only one diffuser was connected with one machine and size of diffuser was 40 x 40 so it should be atleast 60 x60)
• Drain water leakage.
• thermorstate proper setting.
• Old Two number of machines were found blower motor faulty. so rewinded again ( Extra cost came - 500 rewinding + 500 for labour installation - loss of 1000 for our technician's labour cost).
• Connection of the Termostate switch was not done by the sub contractor because he said its not his job.
• Extra cost we had beared becuase old diffuser were not found any where
• Thermostate we had connected it was of other type than the required one.

Material Used.

1. Digital Honey Well Thermostat
2. Copper coils 5/8 , Teflon Tape, Three Way 1/2 H.W, Flore T 5/8, Flore reducer 1/2 x 5/8 , Flare Nut 5/8.
3. Brass Connection 5/8 x 1/2 , 5/8 x 3/4,
4. Brass Adaptor 1/2 x 3/4, drill bit 3.5

Project No: 3- Central Market Shop No 1L-76 Damas Jewellery
( Through Al Ambar Interior Designing Company - Dubai)

1. Supply and Installation of Fan coil Units - 01 Nos ( high noise)
2. Supply and Installation of Chilled water pipe line connection.
3. Supply and Installation of Ducting (GI Ducting with grills, pnion boxes, insyallation, grills, VCDs, Flexible ducts.)
4. Supply and installation of Thermostate.and its electrical wiring for the control

Note:

• Big Problem we faced Chilled Water Pipeline Chemical Flushing and Pressure Testing , Pressure value = 12 Bar( Sample were need to approve from Water Bird - we done it three time final got the success but waster lots of time
• Pressure testing was for both fire fighting and for the chilled water line.
• Fire pipes used were GI American standard class 5 (1" G.I Stell  Welded Pipe ASTM A53, Grade B, Sch-40, 5.8 Mtr) and were bought from Musaffa fire Fighting NAFFCO -026263554.
• down sprigler 68 dgree qucik response
• Thermorstate proper setting.
• Fire Fighting pipes were not prperly hanged with U- clamp so problem came for adjusting at the level of ceiling. because clinent was asking for at the same level of ceiling

( Through Al Ambar Interior Designing Company - Dubai)

2. Supply and Installation of Chilled water pipe line connection.
3. Supply and Installation of Ducting (GI Ducting with grills, pnion boxes, installation, grills, VCDs, Flexible ducts.)
4. Supply and installation of Thermostate.and its electrical wiring for the control

Note:

• Chilled Water Pipeline Chemical Flushing and Pressure Testing , Pressure value = 12 Bar( Sample were need to approve from Water Bird - we done it one time
• Pressure testing was for both fire fighting and for the chilled water line.
